Tips on measuring

CHEST:

Place a measuring tape around your chest, raise your arms slightly and measure just under them. Make sure to cross over the shoulder blades at the fullest part of the chest.

WAIST:

Place a measuring tape around your waist where you normally wear your trousers (usually just above your hips), or alternatively measure the waistband of your most comfortable trousers/jeans or joggers.

INSIDE LEG:

Think of your inside leg measurement as the "crotch to ankle" distance. It's best to get someone else to measure this for you or better still measure a pair of trousers you consider to have the correct length.
