When an order is received by us at www.xlsizes.co.uk an email will be sent to you confirming that an order has been received and as to when your items will be dispatched to the specified delivery address.

DELIVERY

SAME DAY SERVICE

The same day service only applies to residents located in Sheffield and Rotherham and is available on stock items. Items which are not in stock are delivered on the same day that they become available. When using this service please note that the standard delivery rate of £5.99 per order will be applicable.

STANDARD DELIVERY

The standard delivery service is only applicable to UK mainland residents. Goods will be sent out to you via Royal Mail at a cost of £5.99 per order or free on orders over £99.00. *Please Note: When a customer orders goods in order to benefit from the free delivery service and then returns goods where the value of the order drops below £99.00 a charge will be made for delivery.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE

The next day delivery service is only applicable to UK mainland residents and on orders that are received before 2pm between Monday and Thursday. This is due to the way Royal Mail operates orders that are received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and the cost of this service is £6.99. *Please Note: All orders will require a signature upon delivery and in the event that no one is available to sign for the delivery an alternative address should be specified by the customer. All goods which need to be redelivered will incur further postage costs which are payable by the customer.

RETURNS

*Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons under no circumstances at all can underwear & shorts be returned once despatched.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us please return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price or an exchange (refunds do not include postage costs). Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them and in their original immediate packaging with all tags attached and the product must be unused. Any product(s) which are and have been used will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. All returns should be adequately packed and be accompanied by the original invoice/completed returns form. Please respect returned garments as a handling fee may be applied if the above conditions are not complied with and a handling fee will be applied to goods which are ordered specially for the customer. It is strongly advisable that when making returns that you obtain proof of postage as we will not refund on goods which have not been delivered to us. Where possible please use Royal Mail’s recorded delivery service. Refunds are made by cheque and may take up to 14 days. In the unlikely event that goods have been damaged in transit the customer must inform us within 2 days of receiving delivery and after this period no responsibility will be accepted by us for any damage to the goods.
